Dana Tayco bought his first home at the age of 20. Becoming a homeowner filled Dana with a sense of pride, and he quickly saw how property ownership provided a clear path to wealth creation. Driven to provide the best possible life for his family, Dana soon fell in love with the real estate industry, learning just about every facet, from buying and selling, to property management, to ground-up renovation and new home construction.
In 2010, having owned and managed rental properties for decades, Dana shifted his investment strategy to flipping fixer-uppers, which led him down the path to earning his real estate license. Then, after the Camp Fire destroyed Paradise, California, in 2018, Dana stepped in to help rebuild. He bought several lots and has begun building new homes with the goal of helping former homeowners get back on their feet.
A self-described “people person,” Dana enjoys working with clients from all walks of life, and he finds real joy in helping others achieve their goals, whether that’s buying a first home or making the wisest possible investment.
In his free time, Dana loves playing racquetball and spending time with his family.
