Growing up in Artois, and later, Modesto, Wesley Mascadri spent summers fixing up homes with his family and touring open houses. This early experience fueled his passion for the industry, and he got his real estate license in 2018. Now, he focuses on servicing buyers and sellers in his Central Valley community, mostly working with millennial first-time homebuyers.
Wesley thrives on the customer service aspect of his profession — he enjoys meeting new people and prides himself on his ability to create long-lasting relationships. Coming from a sales background, Wesley knows how to negotiate for the best price for his clients. He uses his vast knowledge of the Central Valley, as well as his ability to converse with people from various backgrounds, to ensure his clients’ unique needs are met, and that they find their dream home in their dream neighborhood.
Wesley is driven by his integrity and professionalism, and his love for his family drives him forward in all that he does. He’s devoted to his wife and two kids, and when not working, he spends his with them hiking, hunting, fishing, traveling, and participating in other outdoor activities. Also an avid snowboarder and fitness enthusiast, Wesley can be found in the gym or on a hill during his off-time.
