February market reports are in and pretty much across several counties/cities, inventory continues to be low.
These reports are a summary of each county/city market activity. We are seeing well priced homes and move in ready homes going into contract within 30 days with no seller concessions. In most areas, the number of for sale listings were down 5.7% from the previous month. The number of sold listings increased 2% month over month.
