Donny didn't start in real estate. He started in Silicon Valley, running a computer support company in San Jose. When a friend asked him to build the infrastructure for a new mortgage and real estate firm, Donny went down the rabbit hole — earned his mortgage and real estate licenses, and 22 years later he's the Broker/Owner of Hero Real Estate with more than 873 homes sold.

The work goes well beyond traditional home sales. Donny has purchased and renovated apartment complexes, managed more than 15 ADU construction projects from the ground up, and handled commercial transactions for clients with more complex real estate needs — the kind of deals where you need someone who understands financing, construction, and the operating side, not just the listing.

That tech-first foundation is why Donny's business looks different than most agents'. Data drives the pricing. Proprietary marketing systems — including the in-house dpiWOW platform that pushes listings outside the usual MLS and Zillow channels — drive the demand. And 22 years of deals, including more than 400 short-sale closings during the 2010–2012 downturn, mean there isn't much he hasn't seen.
