We will also include a complimentary 14 page AVM report of your property. Once you decide to list with us, we will arrange a safe, in-person inspection of your property to fine tune that price!

Most sellers are allowing qualified buyers to schedule appointments to see their home in person, but if you do not feel comfortable, we are offering virtual home tours via FaceTime, WhatsApp, GoogleChat, etc where we take the buyers through your home by video.
We utilize Docusign so that you can sign the contract from the comfort of your own home! All it takes is the click of your mouse, and we're happy to walk you through how to use Docusign if you've never used it before.
